Terry truly cares about his customers.  My black toner needed to be replaced, and I didn't have another cartridge, so I called Terry.  He told me that the toner for my printer was currently out of stock, but he personally owns the same printer that I have.  He took the black toner cartridge out of his personal printer and delivered it to me.  That is going WAY beyond the expected customer service.
